Muslims say that their prophet Mohammed was an illiterate who went up a hill one day and to spend a night in a cave. Someone appeared from behind in the dark and squeezed him vehemently allover. Mohammed fell down exhausted. When he woke up, he felt good and came down to write The Holy Koran. God knows what happened that night in that cave.
