I'm fascinated by how many theists claim to have "comprehensively studied evolution", yet they instantly conflate it with cosmology (the Big Bang) and abiogenesis. It's almost as though they are telling lies, and the only "comprehensive studying" they have done is to quote (sometimes verbatim) the strawman arguments found on creationist/apologetic websites.

But how can they be lying? After all, one of their principle commandments tells them not to bear false witness.
