"Thou shalt not kill" ... depending on the desires of the different believers, means "to never kill" ... "to kill sometimes" ... or ... "to kill often."

They must actually believe that this god means what they say he means.

If he can't even obey the commands of his human creators ... what the hell good is a god anyway?
