How come God always drops in for GOOD publicity? I've never known God get BAD publicity.
After any disaster - natural or otherwise - the few fortunate survivors will always be there spouting off about their prayers to God being answered and in so doing give credence to God. However, I have yet to read or hear anything from any of those whose prayers were completely ignored and who subsequently perished.
It's a win win situation as far as God is concerned. |

My muse of the day:
Modern astronomical science has the age of the Universe down as being around 14,000,000,000 Earth years old.
Our galaxy - The Milky Way - didn't come into being until roughly 1,000,000,000 years later, making it 13,000,000,000 years old.
Our Sun didn't burst into existence until around 8,000,000,000 later and our planet Earth - along with the other planets - roughly formed around the Sun over the following 500,000,000 years.
MAN gradually evolved from an extremely long line of species through the primate line to eventually become top of the food chain and masters of this world only in the last relatively few thousand years.
It makes one think, doesn't it? Where does this leave all the different stories of the creation that all the different holy books contain? Books that were written by peasants on evidence given by peasants at a time when they didn't know shit. |

Oh yes, most of the well-known religious books claim that God stated this or God said that or “this is the word of God;” but what will always remain an irrefutable reality to the “un-brainwashed,” is that man himself physically wrote all the various manuscripts or wording that went into producing religious books, indeed “all books;” not God.
It makes little difference from which perspective you take it from; it always reverts back to the same conclusion, “human-beings write words.” Every word you have ever read from a holy book was written by flesh and blood third dimensional beings; therefore also subject to the “vice and frailty” of those third dimensional beings.
So the indisputable reality is, people are placing all their faith in “MAN” in the hope that man wrote the truth about what God may or may not have said. Blind faith is nothing more or less than stupidity.
